A RECAP OF THE PAST 34 YEARS…
- Officially launched in 1975 in Illinois
- Incorporated in 1979 in California
- May 1992 - Drs Gadiel & Marge “retired” and left the US for Cebu
- July 1992, EL-TS was launched
- 1993 - EL Church-Forest Hills began with services in the Isidro’s living room & carport
- 1995 – First graduation of EL-TS & Church Planting begins. Churches under EL Ministries include: Forest Hills, Cebu; Lapu-lapu City, Cebu; Lawaan, Talisay City, Cebu; Litmon, Talisay City, Cebu; Canetown, Victorias, Negros Occidental; Valenzuela City, Metro-Manila; and, EL Intl Church-Pasadena, CA
- 2000 - Dedication of the Whitsett-Atkinson Chapel where worship services for EL Church-Forest Hills are held
- 2003 – Formal launching of EL Publications with the printing of the Annotated Gospel of John in English and the translation of the New Testament into Cebuano, both authored by Dr Gadiel
- July 2005 - ELIM Teknon School was formally launched. Plans are underway to open an elementary school in 2010.
